WHO I AM...

HEY EVERYONE IS ME TYESHA FLUKER. It's best I get started by telling you a little about myself. I grew up in Pasadena, CA. I did not start playing organized basketball until I was in High School. I guess you could say I was a late bloomer. I went to John Muir High School were I tried out for the JV team, later being moved up to the Varsity team. I got better every year, eventually paving the way for me to get a full scholarship to college. I attended the University of Tennessee Knoxville, where I played for the Great Pat Summitt. When I graduated in 2006, I went on to play in the WNBA. I was drafted 10th overall pick to the Charlotte Sting. Since then I moved around to different teams: Seattle Storm, Los Angeles Sparks, Chicago Sky. During my professional career as a basketball player I've also played in Europe during the off- seasons. I've played in: Arras, France; Mersin, Turkey; Ruzomberok, Slovakia; and Athens, Greece. Now I am done with my overseas season. I'm in Ploiesti Romania with my Fiance working out and patiently waiting for him to finish his season so I can return to America :) My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is #1 in my life! My absolute favor thing to do is SHOP. I do most of my shopping online while im in Europe. My favorite stores are www.tallgirlshop.com and www.forever21.com. I really love Designer bags: Coach being my all time favorite, but GUCCI and LOUIS VUITTON are quite nice too. I love to read in my spare time and I surf the internet a lot. My new found hobby is Knitting. So far I've made just scarfs and hats! The Newest project I'm taking on is a Sweater for myself.
